Our Items are vintage (unless stated) and can vary from the standardized clothing sizes of today. Our measurements are taken in centimeters with items laid flat and stated in the description to ensure the best fit.

This option is available for domestic orders. Kindly inform our team when an order is placed. Upon delivery, please pay the full amount of your order before trying it on. The delivery company will be informed to wait for 10 minutes until our customers either confirm or return their purchase. In case an item doesn’t fit, you will be refunded the amount excluding delivery fee.

We check the manufacturer's label on all items to identify what the product is made from. Some vintage items don't have any labels, and in such cases, we try to identify the materials ourselves. In case of leather, suede, and fur, we can't always guarantee whether the product is genuine or faux leather or fur unless stated.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and standard deliveries take 2 to 7 business days.

If your order has been shipped and the tracking details state that your package has been delivered to the address provided on the order, please note, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the courier directly to obtain further information regarding your package and/or to initiate a claim.

After your order is picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact the relevant carrier for support.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address, or do not have access to the shipping address by the time the order is delivered. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, and we will do our best to update your order IF it has not been shipped yet.

You will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and taxes due upon delivery. Please be aware that we do not have control over any duties, customs, and taxes, so there is no way for us to lower or eliminate them. We also cannot tell you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges. 


Balagan Vintage accepts Cash on Delivery for orders inside Jordan. We also accept credit card payments and PayPal. All orders paid online will be delivered once the payment is processed. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.

Balagan Vintage is not able to accept returns currently. We hope that as our company grows, we will be able to offer an exchange and returns system.
