Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

At Balagan Vintage, we’re a small independent business — each item is one-of-a-kind, and every order is personally handled by our small team with care. That’s why, at this time, we’re unable to offer returns or order cancellations. All sales are final.

We understand how important it is to feel confident about your purchase, especially when buying vintage online. That’s why we:

- Provide clear, unfiltered photos of every item, including close-ups and any visible flaws.

- List all known defects honestly in the product description and reflect them in the pricing.

- Offer accurate sizing info, and material details.

Encourage you to reach out before buying - feel free to ask for additional images, dimensions, or any other details. We're more than happy to help you get the full picture before placing an order.

Refunds (Misrepresentation or Defects)

While all items are carefully inspected and documented before shipping, if your order arrives and you believe it has been grossly misrepresented or has a significant defect that wasn’t clearly disclosed, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund:

- Email us at hello@balaganvintage.com within 5 days of receiving your order

- Include your order number and clear photos of the item in question

We’ll review your case and get back to you within 2 business days. Refunds will only be issued for items that are clearly not as described or have undisclosed major flaws.

Order Cancellations

Please note that we’re unable to cancel orders once they’re placed. Each item is unique and removed from inventory as soon as it’s purchased, which means we begin processing immediately to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our small business. We hope that as we grow, we’ll be able to introduce an exchange or returns system in the future.
