We ship worldwide, all orders are shipped from our studio in Jordan to your doorstep, wherever you are. All orders are tracked and shipped via DHL, Aramex, or FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Here's a breakdown of what to expect:
United States
- Shipping starts at $15.99
- Free shipping on orders over $100
- Processing within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days
United Kingdom & Europe
- Shipping starts at $10.99
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- Processing within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days
GCC Region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc.)
- Shipping starts at $6.99
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- Processing within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days
Rest of the World
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping on orders over $100
- Processing within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-10 business days
Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched
- Need it fast? Add a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to prioritize it
Important Notes
- Once an order is fulfilled, we can’t change the delivery address
- We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels after dispatch. Please contact your courier directly in these cases
- If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country’s import policies, customs fees or duties may apply. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient once the parcel arrives.
Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these charges. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid any surprises.
