Processing & Fulfillment

Important Notes

• Once an order is fulfilled, we can’t change the delivery address
• We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels after dispatch. Please contact your courier directly in these cases
• If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
