Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
If you would like to purchase online, you can either create an account or continue as a guest. Registering your account is quick and easy. At the Checkout, you will be asked to Login or Register. Simply follow the checkout steps and remember, we keep all your personal details confidential and do not share them with anyone.
When do you add items to the site?
As often as possible! We always have fantastic items we want to share with you. We try to add items daily. You never know what you will find so please check back regularly!
Where do you get all your stuff?
We source our clothing from a wide range of suppliers located all around the world.
How can I be sure my order will be of good quality?
We do not sell any items that are marked, torn or fake. Every piece is washed or dry cleaned. Our standards are very high, we quality check each item at several stages before it is listed on the website. If you believe your item is in fact not of a high quality, then please contact: hello@balaganvintage.com.

How do I figure out my size?
Our Items are vintage (unless stated) and can vary from the standardized clothing sizes of today. Our measurements are taken in centimeters with items laid flat and stated in the description to ensure the best fit.
How can I get more information about an item?
Would you like to know more about the size, condition or get additional photos of a particular item?

What fabric/material is this item made of?
We check the manufacturer's label on all items to identify what the product is made from. Some vintage items don't have any labels, and in such cases, we try to identify the materials ourselves. In case of leather, suede, and fur, we can't always guarantee whether the product is genuine or faux leather or fur unless stated.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
What do you charge for shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on the order weight and shipping location. You can calculate an estimation of the shipping cost when viewing your cart. Unlock free international shipping on orders $150+ using code "FREE150" at checkout.
** Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and standard deliveries take 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Can I change the delivery address after purchase?
Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
How can I track the progress of my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to find out where your package is. Simply click on the tracking number to access the carrier's package tracking page.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If your order has been shipped and the tracking details state that your package has been delivered to the address provided on the order, please note, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the courier directly to obtain further information regarding your package and/or to initiate a claim.
My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?
After your order is picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact the relevant carrier for support.
What if my package was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address, or do not have access to the shipping address by the time the order is delivered. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, and we will do our best to update your order IF it has not been shipped yet.
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on my order?
You will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and taxes due upon delivery. Please be aware that we do not have control over any duties, customs, and taxes, so there is no way for us to lower or eliminate them. We also cannot tell you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

All sales are final and not eligible for return
Balagan Vintage is not able to accept returns currently. We hope that as our company grows, we will be able to offer an exchange and returns system.

An item received has a defect, what should I do?
If, despite the quality control, your order has a defect or is not in conformity with its description, do not hesitate to send us photos by e-mail on hello@balaganvintage.com on the same day of delivery.
